What is Tony Lindauer doing?

Interesting story from Ed Springston today. Apparently he is accusing Tony Lindauer of playing fast and loose with assessed home values and using the Mayor as an example. Of course he teases at the end that something big is coming. Guess we will see but I never discount him. He seems to always win and prove his case.
